Return Policy

Return Claims Must Be Made Within 15 Days. Email return requests to Info@KIAHonorFlag.org with an explanation. We will email back a Return Authorization. No Returns Accepted Without Authorization. Restocking Fee may apply. You are required to ship product back to our location at your expense. We do not accept returns for used merchandise. Defective products may be returned for 100% credit or refund. Some Restrictions Apply.

Warranty Policy
